Leo Pareja of the Leo Pareja Team at Keller Williams Realty was recently recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as the top producing Latino real estate agent in the United States.
NAHREP’s list of 250 Top Latino Real Estate Agents was created through broker affirmed self-nominations and NAHREP’s analysis of MLS records in key markets with a high population of Hispanics. More than 27,000 agents were evaluated based on sales production data based on total transactions closed in 2012.
“Latino agents now dominate several local markets, and we expect their role to become increasingly significant as Latinos begin to dominate the first-time home buyer segment in the coming years,” said Juan Martinez, NAHREP president. “It is an honor to recognize these agents that are helping us advance our mission all over the United States” concluded Martinez
According to NAHREP’s analysis, Leo Pareja secured 538 transactions in 2012, more than 100 transactions higher than the second place producer, making him the top producing Latino Real Estate Agent.
“I am very honored and humbled to be recognized as the #1 Latino real estate agent in America. It is a great feeling to be recognized for my hard work and dedication throughout the year,” said Pareja.
